WORDAL Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WORDAL app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WORDAL (the "Service") is a word puzzle app offering three games: 5 Letters (a word-guessing game), 4 Patterns (a category-grouping game), and Spell Right (a word-building game). Puzzles are available as daily puzzles every Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday, with an archive of past puzzles.

The Service is provided free of charge, "as is," and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed by Apple or Google under their payment terms.

Manage or cancel renewals in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to hack, decompile, reverse-engineer, or destabilize the Service, or falsely imply that another product is associated with the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property and Affiliation Disclaimer

The layout, design, word lists, and original code of this Service are the property of WordsBee. The Service is an original, independent project and is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by any third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WordsBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
