By downloading, installing, or using the WORDAL app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

WORDAL (the "Service") is a word puzzle app offering three games: 5 Letters (a word-guessing game), Patterns (a category-grouping game), and a daily word-building game. Puzzles are available in daily and unlimited modes.
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is," and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to hack, decompile, reverse-engineer, or destabilize the Service, or falsely imply that another product is associated with the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.
4. Intellectual Property and Affiliation Disclaimer
The layout, design, word lists, and original code of this Service are the property of WordsBee. The Service is an original, independent project and is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by The New York Times Company or any other third party.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
